Are you interested in learning about common backyard plants and how they can support health and wellness at home? Do you need a day to reset, find your ground and develop stronger, healthier paths for the future? This sweet half-day retreat offers meditation and yoga with Caro, the owner of The Yoga Space, and plant tea, a guided drum circle, and a farm-to-table session on how to make your own smudge stick using common backyard plants with our Wise Woman Irischa Valentin. We are going to have fun connecting and concocting, come with all that you are!

Irischa Valentin is a community herbalist in the Wise Woman Tradition, teaching folk medicine, local plant knowledge for self-healing, and sustainable living. In her work she integrates Earth-based practices with Community Wellness and Social Justice, leading group workshops on plant-medicine, oils and natural healing within communities that do not have access to alternative health care options.
