Private Yoga and Yoga Therapy

At The Yoga Space, we devote much of our attention to one-on-one work and therapeutic yoga. We offer:

 

Private Yoga

Private Yoga Sessions offer students a personalized wellness practice that attends to the physical, emotional, mental and energetic needs of the client. Each session includes Meditation, Therapeutic Breathwork, Restorative Yoga, and a personal Movement Practice. Sessions are between 60 and 90 minutes.

 

Mindfulness Training

Mindfulness Training helps you develop a customized meditation and stress reduction practice that you start to use every day at home. Caro’s work focuses on creating comfort within the felt-experience so that your mindfulness practice is not only beneficial for your health, but also welcoming for your spirit. Sessions are 45-minutes, and include check-in, guided meditation, props and aromatherapy. Recorded Sessions are available for home use on request.

Yoga Therapy

TYS Yoga Therapy is the sphere in which the arts of asana and breathwork merge with current research in the fields of psychology and neurobiology.* Yoga Therapy can benefit clients with:

General Information and Pricing

TYS Private Yoga Sessions are between 60 and 90 minutes. In our first meeting we discuss issues that bring you to the space, roadblocks that hamper integrated and peaceful living, and intentions for the practice. Each session includes Mindful Intention, Pranayama or therapeutic breathwork, an individualized yoga practice, and Restorative Yoga for Emotional and Mental Well-Being.

Introductory Yoga Session and Intake (90 minutes): $150

Yoga Therapy (60 minutes): $110

*Yoga Therapy is not a replacement for referred psychological counseling or psychiatric care, and is not a substitute for medical advice. Yoga Therapy can be used safely in tandem with Eastern and Western Medical practices with open communication between practitioners.
