A day of farm-to-table food, woodland hiking, peaceful yoga and meditation, and cooking demos to bring your new yum home!

 
Join us at The Yoga Space on September 10th to enjoy a day of peaceful movement and delicious farm-
to-table cooking. Our home-studio is nestled in Pakeen Farm, a 200-year old farm located on 150 acres
of natural woodlands in Canton welcoming students and teachers from all over the country to learn
about holistic wellness and integrative health. On the farm we run a multi-farm CSA providing
vegetables, fruit, meat, eggs, breads and more to our local community. From the cushion, to the mat, to
the trails and back to the table, we enjoy providing a peaceful refuge and true food to all.
